Mother in Law made me realize something about this guy... Just moved into a new home and we wanted to get our locks changed. Easy enough fix. Lars made a courtesy call earlier in the day to make sure we were still on. He showed up on time and got straight to work. Based on his Core Values of Loyalty and Trustworthiness I believed everything he was telling me about the type of work needing to be done and the price. When all the work was completed he quoted me an amount that, after paying, I later sent to my Mother in Law. She told me that the amount was a bargain for the work that was completed. This alone goes to show that Lars did not try to take advantage of me or hike up prices based on my lack of knowledge of the trade. Lars was extremely personable and very knowledgeable of his trade, answering all the questions I had thoroughly and honestly. He worked assertively and efficiently without wasting any time.
